د سیند په غاړه کایسا وریځې د مور او پلار او ماشوم د فعالیتونو په محور جوړ شوی د املاکو د پلور مرکز دی. دننه برخه یې د چین په چونګ کینګ ښار کې ۹۷۷ مربع متره مساحت لري. دا فضا د ماشومانو له لیدلوري څخه وړاندې شوې ده. نارنجي او سپین رنګونه یې اصلي رنګونه دي، چې د روښانه آسمان او وریځو یادونه کوي. اضافي رنګونه او سینګارونه لرې شوي دي ترڅو یو آرام او هوسا چاپیریال رامنځته شي. نرم او د چاپیریال سره دوستانه مواد او فرنیچر کارول شوي دي ترڅو د ماشومانو د خوندیتوب او روغتیا ملاتړ وشي. د لوبو تاسیسات کتنې او سپړنې ته بلنه ورکوي، په داسې حال کې چې بالغانو ته د استراحت لپاره آرام ساحې وړاندې شوې دي.

Unique Properties: As a sales center with the theme of parent-child activities, the designer tries to present the sales space from the perspective of children.Orange and white are the main colors of the space, which are bright and cloudy scenery. The redundant colors and decorations are deleted to make people feel lively and relaxed parent-child environment.
Dimensions & Packaging: The project area 977 square meters

Production Technology: A large number of soft and environmentally friendly decoration and furniture materials are used, with full consideration for children's safety and health.
Design Challenge: Outdoors, jia Jia is 8.5 meters high leaning out of the window. How to combine indoor and outdoor to enrich the overall vision has become the key thinking direction of designers.The design breaks through the barrier of dimensional wall, connects reality with fairy tale, and perfectly sets off the mood of architecture and interior space.
Research: Have a deep understanding of Kaisa brand IP image Jia Jia, according to jia Jia image set up the most consistent with its set of space story.
Inspiration: KAISA's "Jia Jia" is not only the brand IP image, but also the soul of the space. It promotes the development of the story, leads the viewers' attention, and connects the scene changes of the overall vision.
Project Duration: 9.2020-1.2021, located in Chongqing city.
Operation Flow: Consider the needs of adults and children in a balanced way, and keep the space interesting while pursuing comfort.The introduction of amusement facilities allows children to fully experience exploration, soft furniture modeling and materials, for children to create a safe and comfortable range of activities.
