سټي سټارز هليوپوليس په مصر کې يو مخلوط کاروندی خوړونیز مجتمع دی چې لومړی ځل په ۲۰۰۴ کال کې پرانستل شوی و. دغه مجتمع اوس د بیارغونې لاندې دی او د ۲۵۰,۰۰۰ مربع مترو ټول پوښتنځای (فرشي مساحت) لري. بیارغونه معمارۍ، داخلي ډیزاین، رڼا، لارښوونه، شنه ساحه او پایښت ټول په یو ادغام شوي چلند کې رانغاړي. اته پوړونه د يو ښاري بلاک په اوږدو کې غزیدلي دي. کوږ والی یې د نیل سیند بهیر ته اشاره کوي. څلور اتریومونه، چې د اوریون، اکلیپس، سولاریس او سټارپورټ په نومونو یادیږي، د ودانۍ داخلي بڼه جوړوي. د سيوري جوړښتونه، يوه څاڅه (دریاب)، ونې او کرکیله د ځای سړولو کې مرسته کوي.

- Unique Properties
- Citystars Heliopolis mall is the first integrated mixed-use development in Egypt, opened in 2004. The complex is currently under renovation with a focused GFA area of 250,000 sq.m. The scope included a completely integrated approach to architecture, interiors, lighting, wayfinding, landscape, and sustainability. With 8 levels spread across a city block, the new Citystars celebrates the fluidity of the Nile using a dramatic form and state-of-the-art materiality and technology.
- Inspiration
- The design language is biophilic, sinuous, comfortable and relaxing. Papyrus, lotus and water plant architectural forms are interpreted into supersized experiential features and way-finding markers. Huge shade structures, a show lake, trees and planting provide essential cooling. The mall interiors comprise 4 spectacular atriums; Orion, Eclipse, Solaris, and Starport – conveying a Galaxy of Life theme, with soft curved edges, light, creamy stone finishes, and charismatic lighting.
