About Interweaving Workplace د دفتر داخلي ډیزاین

د کار ځای ترخوانه ایستل شوی یو دفتري داخلي ساحه ده چې د هانګ کانګ ساینس پارک کې موقعیت لري. دا ۷۰۰۰ مربع فوټه ساحه یوې داسې څیړنیزې او پرمختیایي شرکت ته خدمت کوي چې د مصنوعي ځیرکتیا او 5G ډګرونو کې فعالیت لري. دوه اصلي لارې په یوه زاویه کې ترتیب شوي دي، ترڅو طبیعي رڼا د هرکلي ساحې ته ورسیږي، چیرې چې میلمانه د سمندر منظرو له لوري هرکلی کیږي. دفتر په جلا جلا سیمو ویشل شوی دی چې سره تړلي پاتې کیږي. عمومي ځایونه د دننه کیدو ځای ته نږدې ځای پر ځای شوي دي ترڅو اسانه لاسرسی ولري. د پلان جوړښت موخه د یو خلاص او دوستانه کاري چاپیریال رامنځته کول دي.

Unique Properties: Situated at the Hong Kong Science Park, UMEC is a research and development company in AI & 5G industry with 7,000 sqft working space. Our design approach emphasized in creativity and innovation to create an open and connect space. Two main paths were introduced at an angle for natural light filtering into the reception and visitors would be greeted by sea views. The office is divided into different zones while maintain connection and common spaces are placed near the entrance for easy access.

Inspiration: We gained inspiration from the business nature of the company, a start-up company of AI and 5G industry which is young and energetic. Through our design, a layout with two angled paths, we sought to project a home-office and friendly working environment, rather than a futuristic high-tech image. For the visitors, we have created an easy-access and open environment with ample sunlight and connectivity, at the time maintained a sense of privacy for the staffs.
