About Line د فرنیچر لړۍ
لاین (Line) د فرنیچر یوه لړۍ ده چې له یوې چوکۍ، یوه میز او یوه څراغ څخه جوړه شوې ده. هره ټوټه له کږې شوې فلزي تار څخه جوړه شوې، د ویلډینګ له لارې سره نښلول شوې او له لرګي سره یوځای شوې ده. اصلي مواد یې 304 زنګ نه وهونکی فولاد (Stainless Steel) دی، چې کلک او د زنګ وهلو په وړاندې مقاوم دی. د تولید بهیر یې پرې کول، کږول، تودول، غځول، ویلډینګ او صیقل کول شاملوي. شکلونه یې داسې صیقل شوي دي چې د ناستې له حالت سره برابر وي او هوساینه یې لوړه کړي. دا لړۍ د کور د مطالعې لپاره د ځایونو په موخه ډیزاین شوې ده. څراغ کولی شي کتابونه هم وساتي، په داسې حال کې چې میز شیان زیرمه کوي او کیبلونه تنظیموي.

- Unique Properties
- Line series furniture consists of line chair, line table and line lamp. The structural joints of each piece of furniture are assembled using the same metal wire bending, welding and other technological means. Referring to the pure art works of pure abstract linear constructivism, the linear composition law is discussed in pure art and applied to furniture design.

- The product manufacturing process consists of blanking, bending, firing, stretching, springback, welding, polishing, etc. The processing mode is relatively simple, with no special technical requirements, and high degree of freedom of modeling.

- The material is mainly made of metal wire, which is used in combination with wood. It is environmentally friendly and suitable for bending processing. The process of material production is relatively simple. It is composed of blanking, bending, heating, stretching, springback, welding, polishing, etc., and the process is mature.
- Design Challenge
- Explore the beauty of linear elements in the space, ensure the comfort and functionality of the product on the basis of using only one element, and solve the problem that the shape of metal wire is not easy to use due to the use and weight of the product.
- Research
- This research starts from the multi-function of furniture. Through the combination of wood and iron ring, the line lamp can also be used to place books, and the line table can be used to store articles and solve the problem of office wire.
- Inspiration
- The design inspiration is based on the pure art line painting. The metal wire is selected as the production material, and the shape is polished to make it more suitable for the human sitting posture and more comfortable to use. The steel pipe finally meets the wooden part through the connector.
- Project Duration
- The design had started in Shenyang in March 2022, completed in Shenyang in June 2022, and displayed in the museum of Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts in Shenyang in June in 2022.
- Operation Flow
- It is suitable for home learning places. The multi-function desk can better adapt to the daily work process. In addition, the product material is 304 white steel, which is hard and corrosion resistant, and ensures the service life of the product.
