په استانبول کې د ارناووتکوی په سیمه کې موقعیت لري، آرمیرا اکسکلوزیو یوه بې ساري ژوندانه تجربه وړاندې کوي چې د طبیعت په زړه کې آرامۍ او عیش و عشرت سره یوځای کوي. دا بوټیک پروژه له اتو شخصي ویلاګانو څخه جوړه ده، چې عصري معمارۍ د طبیعي ښکلا سره ګډوي. ډیزاین یوه آرامه فضا تضمینوي، د پراخو منظره سیمو، شخصي باغونو، او داسې جوړښت سره چې د شاوخوا چاپیریال سره همغږي کوي، اوسیدونکو ته د ښار د ژوند د فشارونو څخه لرې یو سوله ایز پناه ګاه وړاندې کوي. آرمیرا اکسکلوزیو د عیش و عشرت ژوند بیا تعریفوي، او یو ځانګړی تیښته وړاندې کوي چیرې چې طبیعت له پیچلتیا سره ملاقات کوي.

- Unique Properties
- Located in Arnavutkoy, Istanbul, Armira Exclusive offers a unique living space that combines peace and luxury in the heart of nature. This boutique project of eight private villas blends modern architecture with natural beauty. Each villa features private pools, elevators, and multiple access points to the garden. Expansive landscapes and private gardens provide a peaceful retreat, offering residents a serene escape from the city.
- Dimensions & Packaging
- Armira Exclusive Villas combine modern living with nature. The villas range from 745 m2 to 834 m2 gross area, with functional spaces across basement, ground, first, and second floors. Natural materials like local stone, wood, and energy-efficient systems ensure both aesthetics and functionality. The design prioritizes natural light, ventilation, energy efficiency, and seismic resistance, while optimizing space usage to align with the natural topography.

- For Armira Exclusive Villas, the design phase has been completed, and construction is currently underway. The project utilized advanced architectural methodologies, integrating parametric design tools to optimize space and blend seamlessly with the natural landscape. Materials were carefully chosen for their durability and environmental compatibility, including locally sourced stone, wood, and sustainable insulation solutions. Modern construction techniques ensure structural integrity, energy efficiency, and long-term sustainability throughout the development.
- Design Challenge
- The hardest part of the design was balancing modern living needs with the natural environment. The challenge lay in integrating sustainable materials and energy-efficient systems while ensuring aesthetic harmony with the surrounding landscape. External factors like local zoning laws, construction regulations, and site topography posed obstacles, while internally, maintaining design integrity under budget and time constraints tested our creative flexibility. The project required constant adaptation of technology and materials to meet both environmental and user demands.
- Research
- The project integrates sustainability, modern living, nature, aiming to create residential spaces that harmonize with the environment. It involved site analysis, material research, and sustainable design principles. The design team worked with architects and engineers to incorporate eco-friendly materials, energy-efficient systems, and natural ventilation. The result is a project that promotes sustainable living, eco-conscious design, and a modern lifestyle while respecting the local ecosystem.
- Inspiration
- Armira Exclusive is inspired by the aesthetics of nature, aiming to create a peaceful living environment. The architectural, interior, and landscape designs were all developed by S.A.I.T. Studio. We focused on blending modern living requirements with nature, creating an elegant and functional space. Sustainability and local climate conditions were also key factors considered during the design process.
- Project Duration
- The Armira Exclusive Villas project began in 2024 in Arnavutkoy, Istanbul, and is currently under construction. The project is expected to be completed in 2025. Strategically located in the rapidly developing area of Arnavutkoy, the site offers both a connection to nature and excellent access to transportation, with nearby key landmarks including Istanbul Airport and important commercial and residential centers in the region.
- Operation Flow
- Armira Exclusive Villas offers a seamless interaction between modern living and nature. Each villa is designed to enhance daily life, with open spaces that allow natural light to flood interiors, creating a sense of openness. The flow between rooms is intuitive, with a smooth transition from the living areas to private outdoor spaces. The design prioritizes comfort and functionality, with energy-efficient systems that reduce environmental impact, ensuring a sustainable and more comfortable lifestyle for residents.
