د Enclave باغ په اړه

د مالکینو د ښکلا او هيلو له امله، باغ د ښار په مينځ کې د يوې جلا سيمې په توګه ډيزاين شوی و. هغه څه چې په لومړي سر کې يوه ننګونه ښکاره کيده، په پای کې يوه ګټه ثابته شوه. دا باغ د شنيلۍ په مينځ کې د څو استراحتي سيمو سره يوه څو کچيزه سيمه لري. د کور په نږدې چاپيريال کې څو تختې (terraces) شته. په يوه کې يې، د چوپتيا او د اوبو د آواز په مينځ کې، مالک کتابونه لولي او په بل کې، ټوله کورنۍ په ماښام ډوډۍ خوري. په دوبي کې، د کورنۍ ژوند د لامبو تالاب سيمې ته لېږدي.

Enclave باغ د اوسپنې A' Design Award جایزې ګټونکی دی، یوه ویاړلې پېژندنه چې ښو ډیزاینونو ته ورکول کېږي چې هغه مسلکي او صنعتي اړتیاوې پوره کوي چې له ښه ډیزاین شویو جوړښتونو څخه تمه کېږي. د اوسپنې ګټونکي د خپلو جوړوونکو لویه مهارت، لوړه تخصص، کارپوهانه پوهه او خلاقي وړتیا ښيي. له Enclave باغ څخه تمه کېږي چې یو ډېر ارزښتناک، ستایل شوی او ګران جوړښت وي چې عملي او نوښتګر دی. دا د اوسپنې A' Design Award جایزې ګټونکی ډیزاین د صنعت غوره کړنلارې یو ځای کوي او وړ تخنیکي ځانګړتیاوې لري چې له پوهې او استعداد سره تړلي دي. ځانګړي ځانګړتیاوې: The garden is located on a plot of land with a significant difference in terrain, both along its entire length and in relation to the neighboring gardens. The highest zone is a representative and recreational zone with seven terraces and a water element. In the heart of the house there is a patio with a place to relax. Central recreation area with swimming pool, fireplace with woodshed and gazebo with summer kitchen. The lowest area is a vegetable garden and a mini orchard.

د تولید ټیکنالوژي: Between the highest and lowest parts of the garden, the level difference is almost 3m. A significant part of the implementation consisted of construction works on the swimming pool, gazebo, retaining walls, terraces and sidewalks. A very large amount of land was transported to the entire garden. The walkways are made of large concrete slabs measuring 1m x 1m in gray, referring to the color of the floor in the house. The garden is supported in every dimension by intelligent system technology.
د ډیزاین ننګونه: The challenge was to adapt the garden to the height of the house, street and neighboring plots. Each of them was on a different level, which was a conflict with the designed garden. Another problem was the width of the plot only 24 m and the lack of technical access to the utility part located in the farthest place in the garden. The achievement was to hide the road for cars with a long stabilized lawn.
څیړنه: Large garden located on a busy street. An important element is understanding the potential of the area, the needs of owners and family life, and making the space outside the house more attractive. Elements of garden architecture were coherently designed with the house and strictly according to the guidelines dictated by the owners. The selection of vegetation was also not accidental, we focused on base plants, evergreen plants and those that change at the turn of the seasons and attract insects.
الهام: The inspiration for the project was, on the one hand, a modern shape of the house located right next to a busy street, on the other hand, fields and meadows where horses graze. The owners' passion for modern style as well as the needs of a multi-generational and large family related to relaxation in a garden resembling a city resort in the middle of nature had an undoubted impact on the project. Due to the terrain the garden was designed on three different levels, divided into 3 different zone.

د عملیاتو بهیر: The project aimed to create an enclave for a large, multi-generational family by separating different relaxation zones surrounded by greenery. The owners of the house start every morning by seeing the garden from the windows of the house, spend the evenings on the terrace, and feasts instead of at the dining table continue on the terrace in the garden. On sunny days, they open windows and enjoy the scent of flowers. The view from the large windows of the house must always attract attention, and the external surroundings of the house are an extension of the living space.
