پولر کیر (Polar Care) یو ګرځنده اپلیکیشن دی چې د دوه قطبي اختلال (bipolar disorder) لرونکو خلکو د ملاتړ لپاره ډیزاین شوی دی. دا اپلیکیشن د چلندي ارواپوهنې، د ادراکي درملنې تخنیکونو او د خلقي اختلالاتو د څیړنو پر بنسټ جوړ شوی دی. یو تطابقي انټرفیس کاروونکي د احساساتي حالت د معایناتو، د درملو د تعقیب او د ورځنیو هوساینې دودونو په اوږدو کې لارښوونه کوي، او د آرام رنګونو یوه ټولګه کاروي چې په سختو شېبو کې ذهني هڅه راکموي. د کورنۍ کړۍ (Family Circle) ځانګړتیا ناروغان له ټاکل شویو ملاتړ کوونکو سره نښلوي، او د بصیرت پاڼې د وخت په تېرېدو سره د خلق بېلګې ښیي. د بحران ملاتړ (Crisis Support) د یو ټچ بېړنیو اړیکو له لارې سمدستي مرسته وړاندې کوي.

It is designed to nurture mental and emotional well-being for individuals with bipolar disorder, offering tailored support for both patients and their families. By creating structured daily wellness rituals, Polar Care promotes long-term stability, enabling users to achieve emotional balance and a more manageable life.

- The biggest challenge was balancing clinical rigor with emotional accessibility. The adaptive UI required extensive testing to ensure smooth transitions accommodating fluctuating cognitive capacity without overwhelming vulnerable users. Another challenge was integrating evidence-based psychiatric principles into an interface that felt supportive and non-stigmatizing while maintaining medical accuracy. Ensuring HIPAA compliance, crisis-state usability, and inclusivity for users experiencing manic or depressive episodes was also a key focus.

- This project involved qualitative research, usability testing, and clinical psychology studies to understand bipolar disorder management behaviors. The research explored medication adherence patterns, cognitive load during mood episodes, and family caregiver involvement, using semi-structured interviews with 24 participants including patients, psychiatrists, and caregivers. These findings shaped the app's adaptive interface, simplified emotional vocabulary, and collaborative care features.

The Home and Insights pages feature an engaging, supportive UI while maintaining clarity during vulnerable moments. The Family Circle feature enables collaborative care without being intrusive. Intuitive micro-interactions, AI-powered insights, crisis access, and accessible design ensure a personalized experience for all users

- Upon login, users are asked, "How are you feeling today?" to personalize content. The home screen displays tailored mood tracking and wellness options. Users can select mood check-ins using intuitive visual emotional states, access Family Circle to connect with designated supporters, view health insights tracking mood patterns and medication adherence, and log daily wellness snapshots with simple taps. Crisis Support provides immediate help through one-tap emergency contacts. The interface adapts gradually based on emotional state, creating a supportive environment that enhances self-awareness and proactive mental health management.
