About Calm and Repose Edifício Residencial

Calma e Repouso é um edifício residencial com uma área construída de 430 metros quadrados. O design segue um estilo moderno e simples. Texturas sóbrias e materiais serenos são utilizados em todo o espaço interior. Grandes placas cerâmicas com veios de pedra revestem a parede da televisão e proporcionam uma ampla sensação visual a quem entra na casa. Atrás do sofá, painéis de couro em dimensões irregulares e folheados de madeira escovada estendem-se a partir do piso. A textura fria das placas de pedra é equilibrada pela textura quente do couro e da madeira. Os ambientes abrem-se para as vistas da natureza circundante.

Unique Properties: This design project showing the modern simplicity as the design style decorates the indoor space with the materials with simple and plain textures. The house decoration, without complex designs, has the great view to the gorgeous outdoor nature, thus creating a home omnipresent with laid-back ambience.

Production Technology: As to the building materials, the TV wall decorated with the large stone grain tiles manifests the broad sense of sight to those coming in the house. Behind the sofa, the walls mounted with leathers in irregular sizes and the brushed wood veneers extended from the floor ingeniously combine the cold solid texture of stone grain tiles and the warm texture of leathers and veneers.
Inspiration: A home of natural quality, where is made of materials, does not simply contain the natural elements, but combines the features of local natural environment to sustain creatively.
