Sobre The Hub Empreendimento Turístico de Uso Misto
O Hub é um empreendimento de uso misto concebido para o turismo em Healesville, Victoria, Austrália. O projeto reúne um mercado histórico, um centro epicurista, uma cervejaria, um hotel, um restaurante e um centro de eventos. Um percurso pedonal liga todos os usos ao longo do terreno de cerca de 2,4 hectares. Os edifícios escalonam-se para acompanhar a topografia, e os materiais de terra relacionam o empreendimento com a paisagem envolvente. O conceito de projeto traz o exterior para dentro e abre o local aos visitantes que chegam a pé. A intenção é apoiar o turismo local, preservando o caráter da vizinhança.

- the motivation of my design is the happiness of human been, with all the pressure of our life, its nice to provide people hub that will take people away from the routine and enjoy the country life style with the best food and wine and shopping
