Sobre Qube Shanghai Design de Interiores de Hotel

O Qube Shanghai é um projeto de design de interiores de hotel localizado no Distrito de Jiading, em Xangai, próximo ao polo de transportes de Hongqiao. O design adota a memória de Jiangqiao como tema e associa a história local à arte contemporânea. A ponte é a ideia central do lobby, expressa por meio de colunas em forma de ponte, espaço aberto e texturas de água no piso. Um corredor de pé-direito elevado, inspirado em um balde de arroz, recebeu acabamento em laranja. Estantes altas de livros são dispostas entre os assentos da recepção. O hotel ocupa 31.000 metros quadrados e conta com um salão de banquetes e cinco salas de reunião.

Propriedades Únicas: The Qube Hotel Shanghai Jiangqiao is a high-end business brand owned by Greenland Hotel and Tourism Group. Located in Jiading District of Shanghai, the hotel sits close to the Hongqiao traffic hub, and is connected to the Airport Economic Park, with a unique geographical advantage. Jiangqiao is an intersection of sea and land transport in the Chinese history.

Tecnologia de Produção: The high corridor of the lobby is designed from the inspiration of a rice bucket. As rice bucket hints a good harvest, it is expressed in the fashionable and tensile orange color. The bottom of the bucket is opened in the form of a window, through which people have a panoramic view of the scenes of a small bridge, flowing water, full of reveries of infinite memories. The towering art bookshelves are staggered with the reception seats to make a more diversified space. The reception desk under the bridge follows the beauty of Chinese symmetry, and the shiny surface attracts customers.
Desafio de Design: The lobby is only 6 meters high, the space is very narrow and long, the experience is not good. How to use design techniques in the narrow space to increase the quality of space experience is a series of greater difficulties and challenges.
Inspiração: The hotel takes "Jiangqiao memory" as the thematic concept, and integrates the unique Jiangqiao cultural charm with the modern fashion art, to give customers an unprecedented experience. "Bridge" is the main conceptual clue of the hotel lobby. The bridge-structured columns, large scale empty space, and water texture changes reflected from the ground to simulate the water surface, have fully embodied the prosperous life culture scene of Jiangqiao in the ancient times.
Duração do Projeto: The project started in February 2015 in Shanghai and finished in September 2019 in North Hongqiao Shanghai.
Fluxo de Operação: The hotel has a 600-square-meter multi-functional banquet hall and 5 small and medium-sized conference rooms, which can meet the needs for various activities and bring diverse experiences to customers according to distinct themes. The Chinese food area is designed under the concept of characteristic courtyards in the south of the Yangtze River. It separates the space with folding screens.
