About Wang Museum Iluminação Arquitetónica
O Museu Wang é um projeto de iluminação arquitetónica para um memorial dedicado ao escritor chinês Wang Zengqi, construído na sua cidade natal, Gaoyou. A iluminação recria o ambiente luminoso, claro e suave, descrito na sua escrita. Uma temperatura de cor de 3000K ajuda o edifício a integrar-se no bairro histórico tradicional envolvente. A iluminação interior valoriza as paredes, pelo que a luz interior também é percecionada do exterior. A iluminação exterior modela os reflexos na água. As calhas das luminárias e as tubagens foram previamente embutidas no betão.

- Unique Properties
- The building complex was built to commemorate the famous contemporary Chinese writer, whose name is Wang Zengqi, and is located in his hometown. It is aiming to create a reproduction of the hometown light environment described by Wang, create a bright and gentle lighting atmosphere, make an elegant dark environment with a strong flavor of rural life.

- The illumination color temperature adopts a differentiated design to find a balance between the iconicity of the hall and the integrity of the traditional historical district. The 3000K color temperature is well integrated into the surrounding historical district environment.
- Design Challenge
- To achieve high-quality lighting details, the lamps installed on concrete buildings need to reserve lamp slots and pipelines in advance, so that the integrated design of the building and luminaires can be realized.
- Research
- Wang Zengqi Memorial Hall is located in the traditional cultural characteristic block of Gaoyou City. The lighting design shapes the natural continuation of light from the interior to exterior.
- Inspiration
- The architectural concept starts from the characteristics of Wang's literary work and the cultural characteristics of his hometown. It shows the traditional Chinese concept of architecture and space. Lighting design continues and strengthens the architectural concept.
- Project Duration
- The project started in May 2019 in Gaoyou and finished in October 2020 in Gaoyou.

- The interior lighting design pays attention to the illumination of the wall to enhance the perception of the indoor light environment in the outdoor space.
