About Floating Minimalist Poetic Centro de Vendas

Poética Minimalista Flutuante é um centro de vendas e marketing localizado em Nanchang, na China. O projeto inspira-se no lago natural existente no terreno. A desconstrução minimalista é empregada para criar uma atmosfera silenciosa, natural e tecnológica, que suaviza o caráter comercial habitual de um espaço de vendas. O edifício ergue-se livremente na margem do lago como uma vela, configurando um museu de arte lacustre contemporâneo e poético. O espaço foi planejado para servir posteriormente como um clube para os moradores, oferecendo um lugar sustentável de convivência e comunicação entre as comunidades vizinhas.

Unique Properties: This is a sales center. The design weakens the traditional commercial atmosphere. The design clue comes from the natural lake in the project. It uses minimalist deconstruction to create a technological, quiet and natural space atmosphere, which will continue to exist as the owner’s club in the future. To provide a sustainable space for neighbourhood communications between communities in the future.

Inspiration: Built near the lake, a freely rising building stands on the shore of the lake like a sail, extracting spiritual connotations from the lake, thus giving birth to a "Lake Art Museum" that is both contemporary and very natural and poetic.
Project Duration: The project started in May 2021 and finished in June 2021 in Nanchang of China.
