About Azumaen Restaurante Japonês

É a planta de um restaurante às margens de um lago em um parque nacional. A cabine da sala privada tem o formato de um pato mandarim, e o espaço lembra um pássaro descansando silenciosamente as asas em um lago. A iluminação indireta também é instalada no balcão da cozinha aberta e nos pés dos assentos da mesa para criar uma sensação de flutuação como um pato mandarim flutuando em um lago. A altura deste estande muda em espiral, tornando-se um espaço privado quando você se senta. Se você se levantar, poderá ver tudo.

Unique Properties: It is a plan of a restaurant on the shore of a lake in a national park. The booth in the private room is shaped like a mandarin duck, and the space is like a bird resting its wings quietly in a pond. Indirect lighting is also installed at the counter of the open kitchen and at the feet of the table seats to create a floating feeling like a mandarin duck floating in a pond.

Production Technology: Each booth was made of bent structural plywood and finished with a cloth that was glossy with natural light.
The lighting plan of the restaurant has a timer set, and the atmosphere changes from day to night.
Design Challenge: Due to the restaurant in the national park, there were many restrictions on the materials and colors that could be used.
It was difficult to make a circular booth whose height changes.
Inspiration: Various migratory birds visit the lake in front of the restaurant every season. It created the atmosphere of a bird resting its wings on a stage that juts out into the lake.
