Sobre Touchless Express Armário de Desinfeção

O Touchless Express é um armário de desinfeção modular concebido para estações de recolha de encomendas. O armário acomoda as encomendas recebidas e desinfeta-as automaticamente através de uma lâmpada ultravioleta. Os utilizadores digitalizam um código numa aplicação móvel e a porta do armário abre e fecha sem qualquer contacto físico. A estrutura é composta por chapas de aço cortadas e puncionadas, posteriormente submetidas a fosfatação e a pintura eletroforética a alta temperatura, de modo a resistir à ferrugem e à erosão natural. A forma modular pode ser adaptada às dimensões das diferentes estações de encomendas expresso e é de fácil montagem.

Propriedades Únicas: The "Touchless Modular Express Disinfection Cabinet" is a specially designed equipment for express pickup, which aims to provide users with an infection-free experience. It comes with an ultraviolet disinfection lamp that automatically disinfects incoming parcels. Users can open the cabinet door through an app without touching it. Furthermore, the disinfection cabinet can be customized according to the size of express stations, making it easy to assemble.

Tecnologia de Produção: This product is made of steel plate material that is initially cut into various sizes using a shearing machine to cut rolled steel plates. Based on the position of different components, a specific punching machine mold is used to treat it. To prevent premature ageing and rusting during the use of intelligent courier cabinets, a surface treatment process is applied that uses phosphating treatment to eliminate grease and rust from the surface. After that, the surface undergoes high-temperature electrophoretic spraying to enhance its resistance to natural erosion. Additionally, the product features a UV disinfection function and can be remotely controlled via an app.

Taking delivery of express parcels is an essential part of people's routine, however, it is effortless to overlook the disinfection aspect of receiving parcels. Many epidemics have been spread due to express delivery, as the transportation process can conveniently carry viruses, causing indirect transmission.
