About Solara Aspirador de Pó Sem Fio

Solara é um aspirador de pó sem fio com motor BLDC de 400W e bateria de 8 células de 2500 mAh. Possui tecnologia Multi-ciclone com ajuste de velocidade em três estágios. Graças ao botão de pressão e esvaziamento fácil, o compartimento de pó de 1,4 litros pode ser limpo em segundos. É equipado com escova motorizada iluminada para carpetes e pisos rígidos com acessórios personalizados. A estação de estacionamento com função de carregamento oferece um espaço de armazenamento dedicado para o Solara. Graças à função de duplo posicionamento, os usuários não precisam furar a parede para fixar a estação de carregamento, pois foi projetada para ser usada tanto na parede quanto no chão.

Unique Properties: Solara is a cordless vacuum cleaner with 400W BLDC motor and 2500 mAh 72Wh 8-cell battery.It has a Multi-cyclone technology with Three-stage speed adjustment. Thanks to the Easy push and empty button 1,4lt dustbin can be cleaned in seconds. It is equipped with Illuminated motorized carpet and hardfloor brush with also customized accessories . A vacuum cleaner parking station with charging function is a great addition that offers a dedicated storage space for Solara. Thanks to the dual-function charging station, users do not have to drill the wall to fix the charging station, as it is designed to be able to use the charging station horizontally on the ground if they wish.

Production Technology: All plastic parts are made from recycled material. Special machines and application jigs have been designed and produced for each part for the application of hot stamping on it. We believe that the widespread use of this process, which is pioneered by Arnica, requires high know-how, will open a new horizon in the small household appliances sector.
Design Challenge: One creative challenge of this cordless vacuum cleaner is to create a model that not only cleans effectively, but also adds an element of fun and excitement to the cleaning process, with a sleek and stylish look that appeals to consumers who value aesthetics as well as functionality. To achieve that we used hot foil process instead of sheet metal to increase cost-effectiveness, and environmental sustainability.Hot foiling can be a more cost-effective production method as it requires less material waste and can be done at higher speeds. This can lead to lower production costs and potentially lower retail prices for consumers.It is also environmentally friendly manufacturing process compared to sheet metal production, as it can produce less scrap material and require less energy consumption. But to be able to create surfaces suitable for hot foil process was the most challenging part because of the process limitations .
Research: We have made several test and researches in cordless cyclonic vacuums which is aimed at improving the cleaning experience for consumers by developing more powerful, efficient, and user-friendly devices.We focused on improving the efficiency and performance as well as developing new technologies to enhance the functionality such as to extend battery life,improve filtration efficiency ,dust pick up performance, ergonomics and usability. We had run hundreds of tests with hundreds of 3d prototypes before we reach the final performance and look.
Inspiration: Advancements in battery technology have made it possible for cordless vacuums to provide powerful suction and longer battery life, making them a more practical choice for everyday cleaning needs. As people's lives become busier, the portability and convenience of cordless vacuum cleaners have made them an increasingly popular choice for busy households looking for efficient and effective cleaning solutions. Thats why Solara was born to fulfill the need of a powerful and practical device with low cost but with a high end look.

Operation Flow: The operation flow of Solara is designed to be simple and intuitive, with a focus on convenience and ease of use.The 1,4 dustbin which has a 0,7lt dust capacity contains 9 step highly effective cyclonic filtration and can capture even the smallest particles, making it ideal for those with allergies.28,8 V battery offers 45 min of continuous cleaning time. With the ability to detach the vacuum from the stick, you can quickly switch between cleaning floors, upholstery, and other surfaces with customized attachments. Thanks to the patent pending charging dock that can be placed on wall or on the floor , it can also be used as an accessory holder that provides a convenient location to store your vacuum cleaner's cleaning heads, brushes, and other attachments.
