About City Archipelago Plano Diretor de Distrito Urbano

O City Archipelago é um plano de distrito urbano para uma área de 15 hectares no Subcentro de Zhenru, no Distrito de Putuo, em Xangai. O plano transforma uma antiga área industrial degradada (brownfield) em um distrito misto, com funções de escritórios, habitação e inovação digital. As áreas de água e de vegetação funcionam como infraestrutura verde, contribuindo para o manejo das águas pluviais e das cheias e melhorando a vida cotidiana na cidade. Os edifícios sustentáveis são dispostos em um padrão disperso, formando ilhas. Os equipamentos de serviços empresariais situados ao longo da via principal da cidade reduzem o ruído e a poluição visual.

Project Duration: The project is located in Zhenru Subcenter, Putuo District, Shanghai. The design started in March 2021 and completed in August 2021. The construction is in full swing.
Operation Flow: Blend and economy
A blend of office, residential and digital innovation functions maintain the streets' vigor. Transit-oriented development in the east is economically balanced with large open space in the west, thus enabling the project to progress.
