About Daqu Embalagem para Garrafa de Vinho

Daqu é um projeto de embalagem criado para uma garrafa de vinho. A embalagem é feita de pasta de palha de milho, um material ecológico que se dissolve rapidamente. A moldagem da pasta forma uma estrutura de camada única com linhas de contorno em relevo que sugerem montanhas. O formato dos contornos remete ao ambiente natural de produção de Luzhou, onde três rios se encontram. A superfície branca da pasta e o estilo visual simples conferem ao produto uma identidade clara e distinta. O principal desafio foi o desenho preciso do padrão do molde, de modo que a pasta moldada pudesse ser desmoldada de forma limpa.

Unique Properties: The use of corn stalk pulp environmental materials, dissolution speed, showing the concept of enterprise environmental protection, leading the market. The one-layer structure is formed by paper pulp to show mountain contours, which express the unique brewing environment of Luzhou and the convergence of three rivers. Through the use of white pulp and a new simple design style, can stand out in the Sichuan market, forming a unique image.

Inspiration: The use of environmentally friendly materials to do the design, promotes the concept of environmental protection, but also expresses the enterprise proposition. Through the pulp molding, the use of a contour shape to bake the bun raised, layer by layer structure to express the meaning of mountains, but also to increase the sense of hierarchy to the product. The creation of the contour line also expresses the beautiful, natural wine-making environment, showing the regional characteristics.
