O Artech Ai Smart é um robô de fisioterapia concebido para tratamentos precisos e rastreáveis. Um sistema de visão com inteligência artificial identifica 70 pontos de acupuntura nas costas e constrói um modelo tridimensional em menos de 10 segundos. Um sistema de controlo de força hexadimensional proporciona posicionamento ao nível do milímetro e retorno de força rigoroso. Dois módulos de cabeças de massagem plug and play simulam técnicas de amassamento e pressão. Uma câmara de purificação inteligente com sistema de esterilização UVC mantém o dispositivo higienizado sem recorrer a detergentes químicos. O corpo modular é fabricado em liga de alumínio reciclável e ABS de grau médico.

An AI vision system identifies 70 acupuncture points on the back and constructs a 3D model within 10s. A six dimensional force control system enables millimeter level positioning and precise force feedback. Massage head modules simulate Chinese physiotherapy techniques. A smart purification chamber ensures hygiene.

Production Technology: The robot features a modular design, facilitating faster, easier maintenance and upgrading to effortlessly meet evolving market demands.
The product, constructed from recyclable aluminum alloy and medical grade ABS, aligns well with environmental principles. The UVC purification system eliminates the need for chemical detergents, avoiding related environmental contamination and minimizing potential health risks associated with chemical residues, thus ensuring both sustainability and user health.
Design Challenge: The NVIDIA Jetson Xavier NX module automatically identifies 70 acupuncture points on the back and constructs a 3D model within 10s. A depth camera enables millimeter level human posture recognition and generates real time massage trajectories. The robotic arm regulates forces across six directions, covering all manual massage techniques. The end six axis force sensor offers real time force feedback with plus or minus 1N precision. The positioning precision of 0.05mm ensures precise targeting.
Research: Traditional physiotherapy methods rely on manual labor, and due to the limited number and uneven distribution of qualified therapists, users struggle to access timely and effective treatment. There are variations in techniques and force application among different therapists, resulting in inconsistent quality. Conventional physiotherapy equipment is functionally limited. This product employs AI and advanced technology to offer more efficient, precise, and personalized physiotherapy services.
Inspiration: The robotic arm form with sophisticated, fluid lines conveys the scientific and professional nature of physiotherapy. White as the main color, paired with minimalist blocks, creates a professional, reliable, and futuristic atmosphere to suggest the cleanliness, safety, and technological prowess of the robot. The integrated robotic arm and control unit present an orderly, high tech aesthetic, aligning with the professional aesthetics preferred by the medical grade robot industry.
Project Duration: The project started in December 2024 in Shanghai. The product was launched in December 2025 in China.
Operation Flow: Two plug and play massage head modules for kneading or pressing ensure versatility.
A touchscreen displays the operational status. Users can customize massage paths, intensity levels, and temperatures via the APP or touchscreen.
A smart purification chamber with a UVC quartz glass sterilization system kills 99.9 percent of bacteria.
The system generates personalized health profiles, which are integrated with medical institution databases to enable remote health management and proactive risk alerts.
