About Daebong-dong Commercial Skip Floor Café Comercial

Junghee Lee tentou dividir um grande espaço em vários espaços pequenos. Para isso, o arquiteto definiu como direção básica um piso saltado, e é um edifício de dois andares, mas na verdade passou a ser um espaço de quatro andares até o deck externo da cobertura. No mesmo andar, a parede de concreto aparente foi exposta no meio e novamente dividida em duas partes. O acabamento do piso e do teto produz efeitos contrastantes. além disso, com a instalação de uma clarabóia, a luz natural entra na sala durante o dia.

Unique Properties: We tried to divide a large floor space into several small spaces. For this purpose, we set the basic direction as a skip floor, and it is a two-story building, but it actually became a space of four floors up to the outside deck on the roof. On the same floor, exposed concrete wall was exposed in the middle and divided it into two parts again.

Inspiration: The site where the project was carried out is Daegu City which is located on the side road of the old section of the city. In 2010, as the singer Kim Gwangseok's streets were built around, it became a popular neighborhood where many young people visited on the weekends.
we designed a building that does not stand out too much compared to the neighboring buildings, but has its distinct features and can be combined with the neighborhood atmosphere with 1/3 of the legal maximum possible size.
