A coleção Phan é inspirada no contêiner Phan, que é uma cultura de contêineres tailandesa. O designer usa a estrutura dos contêineres Phan para fazer a estrutura dos móveis que os torna fortes. Projete a forma e os detalhes que o tornam moderno e simples. O designer usou a tecnologia de corte a laser e uma combinação de máquina para chapa dobrável com madeira CNC para fazer um detalhe complexo e único que é diferente dos outros. A superfície foi acabada com um sistema de revestimento em pó para fazer a estrutura permanecer longa, forte, mas leve.

Propriedades Únicas: Phan Collection takes inspired from the phan container that is a Thai container culture. We use the structure of phan container to make the structure of furniture that makes it strong. Design the form and detail that make it modern and simplicity

Tecnologia de Produção: We used laser cut technology and Folding metal sheet machine combination with CNC wood to make a complex and unique detail. Still different in terms of the production process and make it different from the market. Make a product uniqueness than others.
Desafio de Design: How to create new potential in steel production in our factory and take inspired "phan" to create new design is a challenge of this project
Pesquisa: Based on our inspiration in "phan", Thai container. The shape is unique. Because we pull the identity from the Phan. Has a distinctive shape and is different from conventional furniture. But still, provide the features. Good use of furniture. We research in production too. We educate about the relationship between material and production in a steel factory. It is meant to raise awareness about properties of possibilities, efforts, and constraints of manufacturing technologies.
Inspiração: We take inspired from Phan container that is a Thai container culture. the unique identity of thai container used to make furniture that feels Modern Thai. We try to push the products that represent the uniqueness of Thai but transferred to international design. So we just take the identity of Phan. Applied to innovation, Production, and technology that we have. Created work to make a difference in both the Thai and global markets.
Duração do Projeto: The project started in September 2017 in Bangkok and finished in March 2018 in Bangkok, was exhibited in Bangkok design week 2018 and STYLE 2018, Bangkok, Thailand.
Fluxo de Operação: We calculate the strong structure of the folded sheet metal to make the lightest structure. The degree of softness in the metal sheet caused by folding. To make a different sheet metal work. And sit comfortably than the other steel furniture. We mix wood material but it can use in outdoor because we use HDF wood grade that can use. We think about drain of water in furniture design and strong structure to make furniture stable and strong.
