About Simplicity Galeria Privada

Simplicity é uma galeria privada projetada no interior de um apartamento de 120 metros quadrados. A galeria pertence a um artista escultor e é utilizada para receber convidados. O projeto combina a textura metálica com elementos naturais para expressar um caráter moderno, enquanto a forma original de cada escultura permanece claramente visível. Mármore e madeira são os materiais principais. Uma tinta especial, misturada com metal e cobre, também é aplicada em superfícies selecionadas. A planta aberta permite que os convidados apreciem todas as esculturas em sequência e com facilidade.

Unique Properties: the gallery is located at an apartment, area at 120 m2, belong to an sculpture artist.the design concept is to show the modernity by using metallic texture, but also combine with nature element without losing the unique shape of the sculpture.
Dimensions & Packaging: Marble and wooden is the main material, but i also used a special paint that is mixed by metal and copper.

Design Challenge: the hardest part of this project is to communicate with the client, due to he is also and an artist, so he has a lot of his own idea.
Research: the main idea is to let the special guest could sequentially view all the sculpture easily.
Inspiration: My inspiration is to let the special guest experience the fashion sense from this sculpture artist, and to show the extensibility of metal.
Project Duration: the project is started in January 2019 in Taipei and finished in May 2019 in Taipei.
Operation Flow: it is a private gallery, the owner use it for inviting special guest.
