About Konka A5 Series Smart TV Televisão Inteligente

A Smart TV Konka Série A5 é uma televisão concebida para unir a estética artística às novas tecnologias. Dois altifalantes rotativos elétricos estão posicionados em ambos os lados do ecrã e podem girar 15 graus através de comando por voz. Um ecrã secundário permite o controlo por voz dos dispositivos domésticos conectados, e uma câmara retrátil pode ser elevada ou recolhida para proteger a privacidade. A moldura inferior em alumínio apresenta dois padrões circulares cortados por usinagem CNC de alta precisão. As coberturas dos altifalantes são acabadas com tecido de cor gradiente, e a carcaça traseira em plástico possui uma textura gravada que evoca o fluxo da areia.

Unique Properties: The A5 Series Smart TV is equipped with two electric rotary speakers, on both sides of the TV. At the same time, it combines the sub-screen ecological display, lifting camera ,demonstrating that the innovative technology provides more stereoscopic and listening experience and intelligent human-computer interaction.

Production Technology: The A5 Series Smart TV sets two CD pattern on the aluminum bottom frame. These decorations are engraved with high-precision CNC and high-light cutting, which brings high quality and technology to the TV.The Left and right speaker has decorated by gradient color fabric, using high temperature transfer process to achieve color gradient.The Sand flow texture of the plastic back shell, using a etch process, resulting in a smoother and natural overall effect.
Design Challenge: The A5 Series Smart TV is a new era product that integrates functionalism and formalism.It is necessary to ensure the normal mechanical operation of the intelligent hardware devices to maintain the integrity and stability of the appearance. It is the biggest creative point but only the biggest challenge of the whole design. There is a risk of interference between the crystal on the surface and the structure of the rear shell when the rotary horn is in motion. Therefore, it is necessary to strictly measure the structural space of the rotating speakers and adjust the crystal layout to avoid risks.
Research: With the mature technical opportunity of LED TV technology, the SECC integrated stamping back plate bending edging is used to replace the traditional aluminum profile splicing frame production and assembly method, realizing the frameless design and the whole machine is more integrated; At the same time, in order to meet the market's higher requirements for TV performance, image quality and sound quality, the A5 Series Smart TV introduces intelligent hardware devices, increasing the stickiness of TV and users and enhancing the interactive experience

Operation Flow: In order to meet the user's demand for intelligent products, the A5 Series Smart TV realizes Voice-controlled panoramic speaker, which can realize 15 degree interactive rotation of the speaker network on both sides.
