About Above the Clouds Plano Diretor de Resort
Above the Clouds (Acima das Nuvens) é um plano diretor para um resort de montanha em Pucheng, Fujian, China. O terreno situa-se em grande altitude, próximo às nuvens, e o nome do plano remete a esse cenário. Linhas suaves e fluidas, inspiradas nas formas das nuvens, orientam o projeto. O plano define, inicialmente, os objetivos de desenvolvimento e o posicionamento do resort. Em seguida, estabelece a organização espacial e a distribuição dos usos do solo, compondo uma proposta única e integrada. Foram aplicados métodos e normas consagrados de planejamento urbano. O trabalho foi concluído ao longo de um ano e meio.
