About Unfolding Wasi Ukhu Kamachiy Diseño

Unfolding nisqaqa huk wasi ukhu kamachiy diseñom, Taiwan llaqtapi, New Taipei City nisqapi, huk wasi iskay chunka kimsayuq pisupi tarikun. Kay plan-qa 150 metro cuadrado-ta hunt'an, chaymantapas tukuy kawsayninpi hatun qhawariy (panoramic view) kachkan sapaq axis hina. Liyiy wasi (reading room) kawsay ukhu (living area) man kicharisqa kachkan, chayrayku iskay ukhukunaqa huk tikrakuq, patio hina sunquta ruwanku. Mikhuna ukhu (dining area) ima wayk'una wasi (kitchen) ima kaq kichasqa saywata (boundary) astawan hatunyachinku, chaypi machu warmakuna, wawakuna, uywakunapas kuskata puriyta atinku. Rumi, fierro, k'aspi, qespi (vidrio), qara ima textil ima ñañuchasqa detalle-wan huñunakunku, chaywan huk thak, q'uñi kawsay kaqta (atmosphere) ruwanankupaq.

Unique Properties: The case is located on the 23rd floor and has excellent panoramic view. How to respond to the condition of the design axis has become the main entry point of design. The wide-area public spaces sometimes become the hall where highly appreciated by the guests and host, but more often, it is a place where you can meditate on the essence of life.
Dimensions & Packaging: 150 square meters of total design plan dimension.

Design Challenge: Combined details with several kind of materials and harmony tone of proper proportion and ergonomic consideration with abounding post occupation evaluation experience.
Research: Although it seems contradictory a bit to define a cozy style in real core living space and harmonise endurable physical environment with a low profile but luxurious aura is my major research in this case.Through making intensive study towards different kinds of materials such as metal,leather,wood,glass and so on,we develop many details between connected parts.Not only did we design these details on drawings but also embody on real construction site.Finally we upgraded our capability in detail crafts and realised what Mies ever said "god in detail" in mind.
Inspiration: A moderate combination of flexible study rooms into a courtyard-like space that extends depth from exterior to the four sides of interior is the design concept of this case. In addition to the public space such as dining and kitchens where graceful and elegant aura diffused; adults, children, and even pets can also enjoy the feeling of unconstrained in space to expand the sense of boundaries.
Project Duration: The project started in October 2017 and finished in June 2018 in New Taipei City, Taiwan
Operation Flow: The client requested some principles including cozy aura,durable tectonics,and mature warm style.we unfold the reading room into flexible connection to extend living core zone where the master and guests can enjoy all kinds of activities by immersing themselves into this undefined circumvented boundary .Accompanied with mutual trust and smooth construction ,finally the client is very satisfied with the outcome.
