Osia Villa nisqaqa sapan wasin, 2800 metro kuchuska pampapi, arus chakrakunata qhawachikuq. Kay diseñoqa ukhu kaqta hawa kaqwan tinkichin, wasi kaqta pampa kaqwanmi ch'illchisqata rikuchin. Iskay terrasakunam villata sut'inchan: wichay inti lluqsimuy terrasa mikhuy tutamantapaq ruwasqa, chaymanta chiqan inti haykuy terrasa iskay pisupi tutata huñunakuykunapaq apaykachasqa. Puñuna-samay pisupi pergola tiyana kaqqa kaqlla viga sarusqapi hatarichisqa, inti haykuyta qhawarichinapaq. Ruwana kaqkunaqa chaypachallamanta hurqusqa karqan, pampanpitaq qhillay rumi t'ampukunata apaykachan.

- Unique Properties
- A private property overlooking paddy farms spread over 28,000 Sqft of land. The design intends to marry the inside and outside blurring the boundaries of a sheltered home.

- Production Technology
- The materials were sourced locally. The entire pavement for the villa was done in waste granite pieces.
- Design Challenge
- The challenge was to execute the pergola on first floor which was eventually supported by existing beam grid.
- Research
- The site location was a major inspiration for carving out spaces into the built structure. The pergola seating on the recreational floor was carved to create a sundowner spot.
- Inspiration
- The wide views of setting sun over the paddy fields is the main inspiration to form the private deck on the entertainment floor with a perfect balance of indoor and outdoor spaces.
- Project Duration
- The project started in Feb 2017 and was completed by March 2019
- Operation Flow
- The design was made in Mumbai and all drawings sent to site to execute locally with regular interval site visits to check the progress.
