Ormankoy Community Centre Ayllu Huñunakuy Wasi nisqamanta

Ormankoy Ayllu Huñunakuy Wasiqa Istanbul llaqtapi, Turkiya suyupi tarikuq llapa runapaq wasim. Huk k'ullumanta ruwasqa qara kay huñunakuy wasip kayninta rikuchin, chaymantapas hatun qhispimanta perqakunaqa ukhu kancha kunata muyuriq sach'a-sach'aman kichanku. Huk fierro tullumanta ruwasqa sayayqa chay sapaq rikch'ayta paqarichin, hinaspa qucha kancha hawapi 18 metro aswan chimpaq concreto k'aspikunap patanpi samachkan. Iskay kawsaq quchakuna, sapaq patakunapi kaspa, 4000 metro cuadrado hunt'anku, hinaspa sallqa kawsaqkunata uywakunatapas amachanapaq sinchi químico hampikunaqa mana churakurqachu. Chay k'ullu qatayqa pachap purisqanman hina llimp'inta rikch'aynintapas tikranqa, sach'a-sach'ap mit'ankuna hina.

Ormankoy Community Centre Ayllu Huñunakuy Wasi A' Design Award Platinu Premiu mishak kan, ancha jatun yupaychay, kayta mana shuk shina, sumak shinallatak mancharina diseñukunaman kun. Platinu mishak kashkakunaka ruray yachaypak mancharina rurashkakunami, yuyaypak tupukunata rikuchik wiñay yachaymi, shinallatak paykunata rurakkunapak mana tupushka ushayta rikuchinku. Kay diseñukunaka ashtawan riksishka rurashkakuna kanata munanku, paykunaka shuk pachapak sumak kayta rikuchinku, llaktakunapak alli kawsaymanpash yanapanku shinallatak arti, siensia, diseñu shinallatak tekinolojía ñawpak ñankunata kichunku. Ormankoy Community Centre Ayllu Huñunakuy Wasi hatun alli kayta rikuchin shinallatak pachata ashtawan alli kachun ruran. Sapaq Kayninkunamanta: Wooden shell forms the building's characteristics. Wide glazed façades expand the indoor spaces to nature.

Within the project area there are 2 ponds in different levels. Water quality of both ponds intended to be potable water. The use of hard chemicals has been avoided to ensure the safety of the guest's pets as well as the surrounding wildlife.

Wooden claddings which is expected to change its colour and texture in time - as seen in the seasonal changes of the forest- are used both in indoor and outdoor façades.

Ruway Tecnología: Steel frame structure is what gives the unique shape of the building. From ground to 3rd basement levels, steel structure sits on concrete beams which spans over 18 meters above pool space.
Kallpachay: Design is an abstraction of surrounding natural environment.

It's aimed to establish an intersection between Ormankoy Community Centre and the surrounded natural park with addition of biological pond which is 4000 sqm in size.

Compared to the natural park level, project building is located on the peak of the land which gives the opportunity of both to see and comprehend the natural park better and also to be seen and comprehended at the same time.
