Research: Conducting qualitative research, our main aim was to explore user preferences and behaviors through Digital Wallet. Participants comprised a diverse range of financial institutes users, from novices to experts. Analysis revealed key insights into user expectations, leading to design refinements that prioritize usability and security. Ultimately, our research informs the development of a digital exchange platform that caters to diverse user needs, fostering accessibility and trust in Digital Wallet.
