Zen Kawsay nisqaqa huk wasi ukhu diseñom, thaninta hinallataq harmoniyata sayachisqa. Ñawpa taytakunapa qillqa rumin chawpi wasipi churasqa kachkan, kichasqa plan tiqsipi, chaymi yupaychay kawsay ukhu partinman tukun. Hawa pachamanta rikchaykuna ukhu ñawinwan huñusqa kachkan. Achka ruwaykunapaq kaq k'iti, yachay wasi, ch'uyanchay pacha hinallataq gimnasio hina llamk'an. Llapan t'aqanakuna ima, sayarichinakuna imapas pakasqa waqaychana kanku. Kawsayniyuq materialkuna, hinaqtin terrazo, k'aspi hina k'illpaykunayuq pirqakuna, hinallataq mana llamk'achisqa k'aspi patapas, contrastota hinallataq t'aqasqa ukhukunata ruwanku, qori metal sumaqchaykunawan hinallataq huk hukniraq k'anchay rikcharikuykunawan.

Unique Properties: -the owner have strong preference for budda worship and paying respect to ancestors. anscestral memorial tablets have therefore been placed in the centre of the flat through an open from layout.
-outdoor scencery is harmoniously blended in with interior.
-there is a multi- purpose area for study, mediation, gym.
-all partition and platform formed as hidden storage, both utility and aesthetic balance.
-variety of natural material to present contrast and zoning.
-varies lighting effect scenario.

Production Technology: - strong control on alignment (such as all beams and drop ceiling control at one level); in order to minimize the busy line and achieve the harmony as the theme

Design Challenge: - various size of beams and column conflict with the harmony theme
-much of duct work / pipe work have to blended into the design
Inspiration: -zen, harmony, peaceful, joyful, timeless, gallery, greenery decoration, form follow function. outdoor natural scenery blended in the interior.
-multi function space;
-luxury material (gold metal) highlights on the natural background (terrazzo floor, wooden grain wall, raw wooden deck etc.)
-hidden storage enhance the mood of zen and freedom.
-worship harmoniously blended in to the living space.
-golden tunnel (main entrance) makes people feel blessed and warm when in and out.
