About Gloria Inel, Brățară

Gloria este o colecție de bijuterii care include un inel și o brățară. Designul este inspirat de aureolă, un inel luminos pe care artiștii îl pictează în jurul capetelor sfinților ca semn al virtuții. Tijele principale ale inelului și corpul brățării sunt modelate manual din sârmă. Pietrele sunt, de asemenea, realizate manual din materiale naturale, fără coloranți chimici sau substanțe adăugate, astfel încât pietrele să se poată reîntoarce în natură. Piesele pot fi purtate separat sau combinate, astfel încât forma și funcția pot fi schimbate. Intenția este de a exprima înălțarea spiritului uman printr-un obiect purtabil.

The stones in this collection are made out of unique, environment friendly and completely natural materials.

Production Technology: The main shanks of the ring and the body of the bracelet are made by wire handforming and the stones’ materials are totally natural and environment friendly and in fact, no sort of chemical colors or substances has been used during the process of making.
Design Challenge: After searching in various features of natural materials, manifold techniques were tested to specify the optimal crafting method; so eventually a crafting process was selected out of sustainable and unique methods for making the stones of this collection.
Research: The design data of this collection and specially its stones, are garnered through information gathering and field & empirical studies.
Inspiration: (Gloria), In the dictionary it means halo, worshiping and praying of God the Almighty.The halo is a luminous ring which artists paint around the head of Saints or Mormons; this was used as the inspiration of the design.
Project Duration: This project started in 2017 and ended in 2019 after making the preliminary prototypes.
