Despre Expobay Office Design Interior pentru Showroom de Birouri

Expobay Office este un interior de showroom pentru birouri situat în Shenzhen. Proiectul se întinde pe 600 de metri pătrați. Trei cutii cubice din sticlă găzduiesc holul din față, sala de ședințe și birourile de conducere. Spațiul rămas curge în jurul acestor cutii și este tratat ca o zonă exterioară, tavanul, pardoseala și pereții păstrând textura de beton gri a clădirii. O cutie din sticlă verde este suspendată deasupra peretelui din ardezie gri al lobby-ului, iar un copac mare se înalță în zona de relaxare a lobby-ului. Principalele materiale sunt terrazzo, plăci ignifuge cu imitație de terrazzo, sticlă securizată verde și oțel inoxidabil.

Proprietăți Unice: When the space is not just space interior, then its meaning is deeper and broader. Designers hope that people can feel it when they enter the lobby.The green glass box hanging over the gray slate wall of the lobby is the the space extension of the hall on the second floor. That's the clue of how the design understand space and the expression of where the design stand. A big tree in the center of lounge in the lobby keeps a conservation with the green glass box.

Provocare de Design: What kind of the experience of office-displaying space can have an opportunity to change or affect people' stereotype of office space, which is a key challenging as well as an important opportunity for this case.
Cercetare: Except the area of three cubic glass boxes, the rest is flowing internal space which are built as "outdoor" by idodesign team.The ceiling, the floor and the wall keep gray concrete texture of the building. Naturally, the opening staff office and relaxing place would occupy some areas of the "outdoor" space. There is a undulating hillside beside the opening stuff office, which looks like a flying object existing in this space wrapped by reinforced concrete.
Inspirație: The client hopes that the possibilities of the office space and its influence could be renew and defined through this case. To show people how the technology is compatible with the nature, how privacy exists with publicity and how cautiousness coexists with casualness. The meaning and inspiration of the project are derived from these.
Durata Proiectului: The project started in May 2020 in Shenzhen and finished in July 2021 in Shenzhen.
Flux Operațional: The design team create the design and practice it through a way of building dramatic scenes and courageous space forms.
