Aiming to serve the meeting scenario, it promotes emotional exchange of employees, and supports users to complete executable meeting tasks, thus to effectively lower the cost and improve the efficiency of the enterprise. - Inspiration
- As affected by company cost, personal factors of employees and the spread of the pandemic, over 800 million employees choose telecommuting online. Online office considerably improves staff flexibility in work, but significantly reduces emotional communication among employees and office efficiency. This problem will be systematically solved by this product based on AI technologies.

- This project was started in Beijing, China in July 2021, and completed and launched in Beijing in February 2022.
- Operation Flow
- Every employee can customize the image of personal assistant. This assistant takes the initiative to conduct emotional exchanges on behalf of the employee, keeps learning and thinks like a person. It serves multiple meeting scenarios, and supports users to complete executable meeting tasks including elementary conversation, query of available time and intelligent meeting minutes.
