About Feicui City Lower Stacked Interior de apartament de prezentare

Feicui City Lower Stacked este un interior de apartament de prezentare situat în orașul Meishan, Sichuan. Designul se întinde pe trei niveluri, cu o înălțime de 3300 mm la primul etaj, 3000 mm la al doilea etaj și 5200 mm la subsol. Scara închisă originală a fost demolată și reconstruită ca o scară deschisă care leagă cele trei niveluri într-un tot unitar. O placă de planșeu și deschideri traforate împart subsolul înalt în mai multe zone utilizabile. Oglinzile amplasate pe porțiuni din tavan și pereți extind perspectiva vizuală. Materialul din rocă formează peretele de fundal și masa de dining, iar plantele artificiale alcătuiesc un perete verde.

Unique Properties: The basement floor adopted floor slabs to form an indoor multiple space. At the same time, the basement floor has many hollow-carved designs to solve the storey height problem. The top and walls are partially designed with mirror surfaces to extend the interior space.
Dimensions & Packaging: It has 3 floors, the height of first floor is 3300MM, the second floor is 3000MM, and the basement is 5200MM.

Production Technology: We use a large area of rock materials as the background wall, dining tables and other areas instead of traditional stone materials. The indoor is decorated with high-simulation green plants as the green wall to make the basement floor full of vitality.
Design Challenge: The challenges were the 3-storey space and the high basement, how to efficiently use the space and make customers feel free in the space.
As a result, the original relatively closed staircase was demolished and rebuilt into a more open staircase. The staircase connect to the entire 3-storey space to integrate them as a whole, and the staircase also became the highlight of the entire space design. To set up a floorslab in the mezzanine enriches the functional settings, while the top and wall mirrors settings are used to solve the problem of space vision.
Research: Project background: it is the showroom display of the real estate company, a sales prop to show to the customers.
The original building was a foreign-style house with duplex apartment structure.
Inspiration: Small house manifests large space, and creates a modern lifestyle.
