About Wool Softin Yarn Tricou

Wool Softin Yarn este un tricou din amestec de lână, conceput pentru purtare zilnică. Materialul folosește un fir realizat printr-un proces de filare compozită încorporată, care formează o structură patru-în-unu, în care fibrele scurte învelesc un filament. Lână fină, bumbac moale și fibră sintetică elastică sunt combinate într-un singur fir. Stratul exterior din lână este cald și moale, în timp ce stratul interior din poliester oferă susținere și rezistență la uzură. Tricoul este respirabil, se poate spăla la mașină și este ușor de întreținut. Opțiunile de culoare includ negru, alb, gri și albastru închis, cu un logo imprimat prin flocare, în relief tridimensional.

Unique Properties: This wool blend T shirt innovatively employs wool softin yarn, aiming to offer wearers a comfortable and durable wearing solution through its unique fabric and design. Wool softin yarn made by the distinctive embedded composite spinning process boasts a four in one structure where staple encases filament. It achieves a perfect integration of fine wool, soft cotton, and elastic, durable synthetic fiber, enhancing both performance and comfort.

Production Technology: The outer wool layer is warm, soft and comfortable, while the inner polyester layer provides good support and wear resistance. The two together result in a warm and durable T shirt that is easy to maintain.

Design Challenge: The challenge was to perfectly combine wool with synthetic fiber. To address that, this product utilizes wool softin yarn: the outer wool layer boasts a delicate texture while the inner polyester layer effectively keeps the T shirt crisp. In this way, it features excellent heat retention and good comfort, and prevents wearers from itches. The product is also breathable, wear resistant, antibacterial, easy to maintain, and machine washable, providing a novel wearing solution.
Research: The research has found that traditional wool products often feature low quality, make wearers itchy, and cannot be machine washed. By employing unique wool softin yarn, this T shirt cleverly combines wool with polyester to meet the demand of consumers for high quality, comfort, and durability, offering a new wearing solution that is soft, comfortable, uneasy to deform, and machine washable.
Inspiration: The product is inspired by a deep exploration of the characteristics of natural and synthetic fibers. Dedicated to breaking the limitations of traditional fabrics usually made from a single material, the design team has adopted innovative technology to develop a new fabric that is soft and skin friendly with high strength and elasticity.
Project Duration: The project started in 2023. The product will be launched in China in June, 2025.
Operation Flow: The colorway is derived from Milan style, simple yet elegant. The T shirt comes with classic and versatile color options such as black, white, gray, and deep blue, fully meeting the needs of various consumers.
The application of wool softin yarn ensures a delicate texture, while the 3D flocking logo print as the embellishment presents an upscale aesthetic.
