Despre Patia Coș de gunoi

Patia este un coș de gunoi cu pedală, conceput pentru utilizarea în bucătărie. Dungile verticale de pe corp acționează ca nervuri de ranforsare. Modelul convex și concav sporește rezistența și ajută la prevenirea deformărilor în timpul transportului. Corpul este fabricat din oțel laminat la rece, tăiat cu laser și modelat pe o linie de laminare continuă. Capacul și suportul pentru picior sunt realizate prin matrițe de ștanțare. O apăsare ușoară pe pedală deschide capacul lent, iar capacul revine apoi în poziția închisă, astfel încât contactul cu interiorul coșului este evitat. Patia măsoară 400 mm în lățime, 330 mm în adâncime și 622 mm în înălțime.

Proprietăți Unice: The core innovation of this product lies in the combination of structural reinforcing ribs and decorative stripes into one. Through precise mechanical calculation and structural design, and by using the convex and concave elements of the stripes on the barrel body, it serves as a reinforcing rib for the product, preventing it from deforming during transportation. At the same time, it enhances the aesthetic appeal of the product and distinguishes it from other products on the market.

Provocare de Design: The greatest challenge in the process of implementation and research is how to enhance the strength of the product barrel while maintaining its aesthetic appeal, ensuring safety and rationality, as well as integrating it into the home environment. Finally, through continuous refinement of the 3D model and sample verification, this striped trash can was designed.
Cercetare: Market research has found that most similar products remain at the stage of undesigned smooth surface treatment, which is prone to deformation during transportation. Moreover, they are homogenized and lack a sense of design. We have innovatively adopted 0.8mm thickened cold-rolled steel plates. Through a precise rolling process, the stripes present a three-dimensional drop of 10mm, which not only enhances the compressive resistance but also improves the product's aesthetic appeal.
Inspirație: Traditional metal trash cans usually dent and deform due to impact during transportation. The load-bearing structure in buildings inspires us to transform functional reinforcing ribs into decorative stripes. Each concave and convex vertical pattern is not only the "skeleton" of the barrel, supporting the stability of the product, but also creating a sense of rhythm through the refraction of light and shadow.
Durata Proiectului: The project started in Shenzhen in October 2024 and will be completed in Shenzhen in June 2025.
Flux Operațional: Operating this type of trash can is very simple and intuitive. The user only needs to gently step on the trash can lid, and it will automatically slowly lower and open without the need for manual lifting. After putting away the garbage, the lid will automatically return to its original position. The entire process does not require touching the inside of the trash can, effectively preventing hand contamination and the spread of odors.
