About Mosey Saltea cu arcuri

Mosey este o saltea cu arcuri concepută pentru uz casnic. Mânerele de pe ambele părți permit unei singure persoane să mute salteaua cu ușurință. Țesătura cu efect de răcorire este respirabilă și ajută la reglarea temperaturii în timpul somnului. Un sistem de arcuri pe zone, cu margini întărite, reduce lăsarea la perimetru, în timp ce fermitatea arcurilor centrale poate fi ajustată pentru a se potrivi diferitelor preferințe. Salteaua este comprimată în vid și rulată pentru expediere, ceea ce reduce volumul de transport. Odată despachetată, salteaua se extinde la starea plană în decurs de șase ore.

Unique Properties: This project develops a multifunctional high-end spring mattress that solves the pain points of traditional mattresses: difficult handling, uncomfortable temperature, single support function, and large transportation space.The mattress is equipped with left and right handles for easy movement. It uses cool-feel fabric to regulate sleep temperature. With a zoned spring design, the perimeter is firm to prevent sagging, while the middle firmness can be adjusted as needed.It can be compressed and rolled for transportation, greatly saving logistics space.

Production Technology: This product uses premium ice feel fiber fabric breathable, skin-friendly, thermally conductive and temperature regulating, with anti wrinkle and wear-resistant treatment. Its high carbon steel springs feature reinforced anti sagging edges, and the middle springs are optional for customized firmness. The handles are stitched with high-strength fabric, being sturdy, durable and wrinkle resistant. Vacuum compression is adopted for shipping, cutting the volume by 80% when rolled, thus saving packaging and transportation costs.
Design Challenge: The core innovation of this product lies in the integration of four highlights: cool-feel fabric, adjustable zoned springs, convenient handles, and compressed roll packaging. It breaks through the functional limitations of traditional mattresses and highlights the characteristics of high-end, convenience, and personalization.Key research challenges:The stability of firmness adjustment for the middle springs, balancing convenience and support.
Research: This research focuses on the personalization and convenience of mattresses. Aiming at the pain points of traditional mattresses, it adopts methods such as research and investigation, ergonomic testing and prototype polishing to screen suitable materials and technologies. The core research covers the temperature regulation effect of ice feel fabrics, the support performance of zoned springs, the flexibility of adjusting devices and the stability of compression technology.
Inspiration: Crafted for modern high end sleep demands and to address logistics pain points in the large home furnishing sector, our mattress targets the drawbacks of traditional ones cumbersome to carrying, poor temperature control, fixed support, and high transportation costs. Integrating ergonomics and user friendliness, it features built-in handles, ice cool fabric, zoned springs and a compressed roll design, elevating the premium sleep experience and catering to daily maintenance needs.
Project Duration: The project commenced in Shenzhen in March 2025 and was completed in November 2025.
Operation Flow: This mattress features easy operation and humanized interaction, suitable for all groups of people. With the handles on both sides, a single person can move it effortlessly. Unpack it and place it on the bed frame, then leave it undisturbed for 6 hours and it will automatically expand to a flat state. The ice feel fabric senses body temperature and adjusts the temperature automatically to fit personal preferences. For daily cleaning, simply wipe the fabric directly without complicated steps, making the high end sleep experience more convenient and worry free.
