About Hopu Series Conector de mobilier fără unelte

Seria Hopu este un set de conectori fără unelte pentru mobilierul plat, tip flat-pack. Conectorii din plastic utilizează deformarea elastică, schimbându-și temporar forma sub presiune pentru a îmbina componentele. Mobilierul poate fi asamblat și dezasamblat rapid, fără unelte, ceea ce îmbunătățește experiența de instalare și prelungește durata de viață a mobilierului. Design Challenge: The ingenuity lies in the free tool installation technology,which allows furniture to be quickly assembled and disassembled while ensuring stability for term long use.
Research: The hopu series enables quick and effortless assembly and disassembly of furniture without the need for any tools,enhancing the user's installation experience and extending the furniture's lifespan.this design also eliminates the waste associated with installation tools.the style farm aesthetic is achieved through the use of finished melamine striped particle boards,which not only improve manufacturing efficiency but also reduce material waste and the emission of harmful gases.as a result,this approach contributes to environmental protection.
Inspiration: By applying the elastic deformation where principal plastic connectors temporarily change shape under pressure, we realize fast, free tool assembly and disassembly, solving the problem of cumbersome furniture installation, upgrading user assembly experience, and prolonging furniture service life.
Project Duration: The Project Will Start in Shenzhen in January 2024 and Be Completed in Shenzhen in December 2025.
Operation Flow: It enables quick and effortless assembly and disassembly of furniture without the need for any tools,enhancing the user's installation experience and extending the furniture's lifespan,
