О дизайне Floor One Беспроводной моющий пылесос для влажной и сухой уборки

Floor One — это беспроводной пылесос для влажной и сухой уборки твёрдых напольных покрытий. Датчики определяют степень загрязнения пола и автоматически регулируют количество моющего средства, давление валика и мощность всасывания. Конструкция валика собирает избыток воды и грязи, благодаря чему его поверхность остаётся чистой, а на полу не остаётся разводов. Когда Floor One возвращается на зарядную станцию, запускается цикл самоочистки, при котором трубки и контактные поверхности промываются чистой водой с моющим средством. После этого пользователю поступает напоминание опорожнить контейнер для грязной воды.

With its advanced roller design that captures excess water and dirt, Floor One roller surface is always clean and leaves the floor streak free.
Through its multiple smart sensors, has a self-clean function every time it is placed back at its charging station. The self-clean function flushes all tubes and contact surfaces with fresh water/detergent, so Floor One will be clean and odor-free for each use.

Исследование: To understand user requirements as regard air purifiers, at the beginning of the design phase, the team surveyed Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hubei and Nanjing, and by way of observation, visits and other methods, analyzed and obtained the requirements of users. In the process of research and development, and design, based on user requirements, the interactive experience was optimized. At the trial production phase, the research team conducted feasibility tests, and observed utilization condition and the difficulties of users, they encountered so as to continually optimize the user experience of Floor one.
Вдохновение: Existing hard floor wet/dry cleaners treats the entire floor as if it is the same level of dirt and stain, so often times the hard to clean spots, like dried ketchup and other stains, are impossible to get out. Once cleaning is complete, the really unpleasant part of product maintenance
and manual flushing are required to ensure minimal odor and bacteria build up for future use.
Floor One can distinguish between clean and varying degrees of dirty surfaces. With smart module, it automatically triggers both the roller pressure on the surface and the amount of detergent applied to the surface.
Продолжительность проекта: The project started in March 2019 and finished in December 2019 in Suzhou, and was exhibited in CES Las Vegas in January 2020.
Рабочий процесс: Tineco Floor One was designed with consumer control and convenience in mind. With smart module, it automatically triggers both the roller pressure on the surface and the amount of detergent applied to the surface.The consumer does not need to do anything different, Floor One will seamlessly change its settings for optimal clean.
Upon recharging (on the cradle), a proper self-clean will be conducted.
It then reminds the user to dispose of the dirty water compartment.
