About 360° Clean Многоугловая щётка-метла для уборки

360 Clean — это многоугловая метла, предназначенная для уборки в доме. Обычная метла имеет ограниченный рабочий угол, поэтому 360 Clean оснащена ворсом, расположенным вокруг рабочей головки во всех направлениях. Жёсткость ворса регулируется в зависимости от его длины, благодаря чему метла подходит для более широкого спектра ситуаций уборки. Форма изделия отсылает к традиционным китайским инструментам для уборки. Метла изготовлена из ПЭТ, АБС-пластика и алюминиевого сплава с применением технологий литья под давлением и экструзионного формования. Размеры метлы составляют 300 x 80 x 950 миллиметров, а пользоваться ею следует так же, как обычной метлой.

Unique Properties: This is an easy-to-use multi angle broom. The commonly used broom has a limited use angle. 360°broom is improved by configuring bristles at multiple angles. The product is equipped with bristles at 360° and the hardness of the bristles is controlled according to the length of the bristles to meet the needs of more scenes.

Production Technology: Production technology:Injection molding and extrusion molding. Materials:PET、ABS and aluminium alloy.
Design Challenge: The most difficult thing in this design is to combine product form and function.
Research: First, we brainstorm our design goals. Then through the query of relevant information and user interviews to understand user needs. Then sketch and model, and make a simple functional prototype.
Inspiration: In the past, Chinese people would collect chicken feathers to make cleaning tools. With the development of modern life, old tools are gradually unable to meet the new use scenarios and are eliminated. I got inspiration from traditional Chinese cleaning tools and designed a new broom.
Project Duration: The project started in January 2020 in Hefei and finished in March 2020 in Anqing.
Operation Flow: The way of using this product is very simple. Users only need to use it like a common broom. Because it adds brushes in all directions, it is easier to clean many scenes.
