About The Hub Многофункциональный туристический комплекс
The Hub — это многофункциональный комплекс, спроектированный для туристического направления в Хилсвилле, Виктория, Австралия. Проект объединяет исторический рынок, гастрономический центр, пивоварню, отель, ресторан и центр проведения мероприятий. Пешеходная связь соединяет все функциональные зоны на территории площадью шесть акров. Здания расположены каскадом, следуя рельефу местности, а природные материалы связывают комплекс с окружающим ландшафтом. Концепция дизайна привносит внешнее пространство внутрь и открывает территорию для пешеходов. Замысел состоит в том, чтобы поддержать местный туризм, сохранив при этом характер района.

- using the nature of the site and location inspired us to open up the design and engage pedestrian. however, materials used will reflect the connection of the project with the surrounding and add more value with using earth materials

- the hardest part is to satisfy neighborhood character and people lives within, it was about 3000 objection of which withdrawn after understanding the benefits and quality contribution of the project. this considered to be huge value

- marketing research regarding tourism has been undertaking together with business plan, the research indicated that Healesville one of the best areas attract people with high taste on food and wine
- Inspiration
- the motivation of my design is the happiness of human been, with all the pressure of our life, its nice to provide people hub that will take people away from the routine and enjoy the country life style with the best food and wine and shopping
