О дизайне Tnk-50n Машина для переработки бетона
TNK-50N — крупная инженерная машина, предназначенная для переработки бетонных отходов в водопроницаемую тротуарную плитку. Машина собрана из отдельных модулей для дробления, сбора и переработки. Бетонные отходы собираются, дробятся, просеиваются и очищаются от примесей в передней секции, после чего перемещаются в заднюю секцию, где в материал вводятся добавки, а затем он прессуется и отверждается в форме для водопроницаемого кирпича. Углеродное волокно и переработанные пластики снижают массу конструкции, одновременно повышая её прочность. Рабочим процессом управляет технология беспилотного вождения, а добавки можно пополнять вручную через боковой интерфейс.

- TNK-50N is a large multi-functional waste concrete reprocessing engineering vehicle based on modular design. It is mainly used to process waste concrete into green permeable brick. The whole engineering vehicle adopts modular components and split design, and is equipped with crushing function module, collection function module and reprocessing module, to crush, collect, screen, remove impurities, hydraulic forming and other operations of the abandoned concrete.

At present, the main way of disposal of construction waste is landfill, but this way has caused a serious burden on the ecological environment. In order to solve this problem, this design proposes a new treatment method, which is to transform construction waste and waste concrete into environmentally friendly permeable brick, so as to realize the recycling of construction waste resources and reduce the pollution to the environment.

- In the working process of TNK-50N, the waste concrete is collected by the collector and transferred to the crusher in front of the vehicle for crushing and removing impurities. It is transported to the rear car through the transport port, and additives are added and then stirred by agitator. The stirred material is vibratingly pressed and solidified through the permeable brick mold. TNK-50N adopts driverless technology. When the additives in the body of the car are not available, they need to be added manually through the external interface of the additives on the side of the body.
