О дизайне Residence in Limassol VI Частный дом

«Резиденция в Лимассоле VI» — частный дом, спроектированный как здание с почти нулевым потреблением энергии. Дом раскрывается на юг и в сторону панорамного вида, используя местные climatic условия для достижения теплового комфорта. Белая Z-образная форма обеспечивает защиту от солнца и объединяет крытую парковку с основным объёмом. Большие окна наполняют пространство дневным светом и связывают интерьер с окружающей средой. Планировка разделяет общественные и приватные зоны и защищает частную жизнь от улицы. Несущая конструкция выполнена из железобетона, всё здание имеет теплоизоляцию.

Уникальные свойства: The aim of this project in Limassol was the creation of an nZEB, bioclimatic house, which is open to the south and to the view, whilst it takes advantage of the environmental conditions in order to achieve thermal comfort. The need for sun protection was resolved by the creation of a white "Z" shaped form, which integrates the covered parking spot with the main building volume.
Размеры и упаковка: The building has a gross built area of 204 m2, and its anti-seismic capacity has been ensured by the use of the corresponding Eurocodes.
