О дизайне Nest Резиденция

Дизайнер разрабатывает концепцию проекта вокруг темы «возвращение ласточек в гнездо», воплощая предпочтение заказчиков к черной черепичной скатной крыше. Концепция реализована через два объема со скатными крышами, напоминающими крылья ласточек. Продлевая внешний ландшафт рисовых полей во внутреннее пространство, дизайнер создает захватывающий пространственный опыт. Многоуровневые световые люки и патио, включая расположенные над балконами, на мансарде и в холле, добавляют пространству глубину, позволяя солнечному свету омывать безмятежную резиденцию в Илане.

Уникальные свойства: For the home of the owner and his wife, the designer takes the concept of swallows' return to the nest as the concept, integrates the owner's preference for the black tile slanted roof, and adopts the two misplaced slanted roof volumes, which resemble the wings of the swallows, as a personal residence for the two sons of the owner.
Размеры и упаковка: Not only is it located between fields, the designer also tries to extend the winding field path, irrigation ditch, and the rolling mountain in the distance into interior space. To this end, the designer designed a curved winding staircase in the living room, which is suspended from the ground, and a dog walking path for both sitting and laying down, as well as the stair landing that depends on the fluctuation of gable wall, and the attic space that is shaped by folding plate, etc., so that the indoor activities of homeowners are also full of fun and change.

Технология производства: In terms of the material, the designer makes the roof tile of Yilan's unique seven cent stone integrated with environmentally friendly recycled glass, so that the black and white roof gives out charming luster in dark night and becomes a bright light in wide field.

Исследование: In the field of the owner's hometown, the designer echoes the image of birds returning to their nests through a unique spatial structure, and also makes the god hall with warm yellow halo, like a lighthouse in the ocean, guiding the direction for the owner's son who comes home to visit his parents. The project becomes a home in the field of strong enclosure, which not only integrates into the natural environment, but also emits unique temperament.
Вдохновение: As a resting place for an old couple who retired in Taipei and returned to their hometown, Yilan. The design not only meets the owner's desire for the use of local materials as a jewelry designer, but also integrates the owner's desire for the childhood residence with black tile sloping roof, red brick wall, and overlooking Kueishantao Island. Moreover, the design method is applied to transform the required prayer room and let this be a warm light guiding the field.
