The main production method involved bending plywood to achieve the Ginkgo leaf-inspired form. After tracing down the shape, a hand saw was used to cut out the design, followed by precision sanding for a refined finish. Rounded edges were then created using a router for a smooth, inviting aesthetic. The legs were CNC-machined, adding a touch of modern precision to the overall design. This synthesis of traditional and advanced techniques ensured the prototype's accurate representation of Älskar's unique and organic design.
