About Next Collection Жилой комплекс

Next Collection — жилой комплекс, спроектированный с учётом ландшафта Зелёного Мыса. Здание состоит из трёх независимых корпусов, расположенных на подиуме, в котором размещён сад. Кровля используется как общественная зона с рестораном, баром и бассейном. Планировка корпусов обеспечивает свободное перемещение между апартаментами и садом на подиуме. Интерьер выполнен в минималистичном ключе с морской тематикой и спокойной цветовой палитрой. Дизайн объединяет органичные формы с окружающим рельефом.

This multifaceted complex transcends norms, featuring three wings atop a podium with a garden and a rooftop hosting a restaurant, bar, and pool, redefining modern living. The interior, a minimalist oasis with a nautical theme, distinguishes 'Next Collection' as an exceptional icon in contemporary design.

Our objective was to create a multifunctional complex harmonizing with Green Cape's landscape. Tools included 3D modeling and architectural software.
