О дизайне Ac106sd Подлокотник

Ac106sd — регулируемый подлокотник, разработанный для эргономичных офисных кресел. В конструкции подлокотника сочетаются дуговой шарнир и храповой механизм, что расширяет диапазон регулировки. Накладка перемещается на 45 мм по горизонтали и поворачивается на 360 градусов, дуговой шарнир обеспечивает наклон на 18 градусов и поворот на 216 градусов, а держатель даёт 100 мм вертикального хода. Фиксирующая структура сохраняет устойчивость подлокотника после каждой регулировки. Корпус изготовлен из переработанных материалов, включая автомобильные шины и пластиковые отходы из океана, а храповые механизмы и шарнир выполнены из титанового сплава.

Уникальные свойства: This armrest aims to fully meet the arm placement needs of users in various sitting positions. Its innovative arc joint and ratchet system significantly enhance the freedom to adjust the armrest in terms of angle, position, etc., whose combination with the locking structure not only ensures more convenient adjustments, but also improves the stability after adjustments.

Технология производства: This armrest employs recycled waste materials including tires and ocean plastic waste for its plastic rubber shell. It adopts polished die castings and matte textured plastic parts, which, through the contrast in texture, leads to a calm, restraint style.
The ratchets and the joint are made of high-strength titanium alloy to make the related structures sturdy and reliable with long-term performance stability.
