Park Lane Complex — жилой демонстрационный комплекс в Фучжоу, Китай. Комплекс площадью 2070 квадратных метров включает общественный лобби, центр продаж и клубный дом. Проект интерпретирует стиль Наньян через современный язык: бежевые и серые тона низкой насыщенности акцентированы оттенком состаренной бронзы с золотом. Маршрут посетителя проходит через главный вестибюль, галереи света и тени, высокий лобби и тихий внутренний двор. Defined by a sense of boundless nature at its core, it embodies the relaxed essence of Southeast Asian heritage. The space emphasizes the richness of experiential rhythms and cultivates tranquil, serene atmospheres, creating an elegant forest oasis hidden within the urban landscape of Fuzhou.
Размеры и упаковка: The demonstration complex has a total floor space of 2,070 square meters, comprising a 240-square-meter community lobby, a 460-square-meter sales center (to be converted into a 340-square-meter clubhouse in the future), and a 1,370-square-meter clubhouse.
