Расположенный на бульваре Тургута Озала в Адане, проект Goktekin Q1 представляет собой жилой комплекс смешанного назначения, форма которого определена естественным уклоном участка. Коммерческие помещения выходят непосредственно на бульвар, поддерживая пешеходную активность и повседневную жизнь улицы. Жилые объёмы размещены на озеленённом подиуме, образующем общий сад. Такая организация разделяет функции уровня улицы и жилые зоны, сохраняя при этом визуальную непрерывность. Проект предлагает сбалансированное взаимоотношение между бульваром и жилой средой.

Уникальные свойства: Goktekin Q1 redefines urban living through a layered mixed-use model. It seamlessly separates street-level commercial vibrancy from elevated residential privacy without severing their visual connection. Aiming for LEED Gold and developed via a BIM360 digital twin, the design features three-facade units for optimal cross-ventilation, a communal pool with a retractable skylight, and a Cihannuma-inspired social pavilion.

Achieving natural cross-ventilation for all units while meeting LEED Gold benchmarks required precise spatial optimization.

Elevated on a natural slope, the residential blocks maintain privacy while staying connected to the street context. This connection is culturally grounded in the historical 'Cihannuma' concept, reinterpreted as a pavilion offering a private viewing courtyard.
Продолжительность проекта: Located on Turgut Ozal Boulevard, Adana, Turkey (Plot Area: 5603 sqm, GFA: 26357 sqm). Concept development began in January 2022 and was finalized in December 2022. The process included site analysis, BIM360 coordination, and energy modeling.

This layered system improves privacy while maintaining strong visual and physical continuity with the urban axis. A retractable skylight over the communal pool adapts to Adana's climate, ensuring year-round social interaction within a cross-ventilated microclimate.
