Ikibazo cy'Ishusho: Environmentally sustainable is emphasized in construction. The use of environmentally friendly green building materials reduces resource consumption and waste. Furthermore, natural materials and low volatile organic building materials are taken in consideration for an eco-friendly living environment. You can enjoy a wonderful life and live a healthy life at the same time.
Ubushakashatsi: As the wooden flooring moves inward, it climbs upward after crossing a straight corridor, leaving a warm vibe to the end scene.
The private domain features neutral colors. The use of pure colors gradually calms the senses. The moonlight through the gauze curtains creates a relaxing, peaceful
environment for sleep.
Ibyatumye Habaho: The space is largely dominated by soft but simple gray colors. The transforming of khaki into latte and pale pink into lotus pink give a softer tone to the space.

In order to revitalize the single spatial form, the warm indirect lights serve to connect with the natural outdoor scenery, forming a multi-layered visual feast.
