Royalty ni igenamiterere ry'imbere mu nzu ituwemo ryakozwe nk'inyongera y'inzu isanzweho iherereye i Riyadh, muri Saudi Arabia. Uyu mushinga ufite ubuso bungana na metero kare 700, kandi uburebure bw'igisenge buri hagati ya metero 5.4 na 6.5. Igishushanyo mbonera kirimo icyumba cyo kwicaramo cyo buri munsi, icyumba cyo kwicaramo cy'abashyitsi bakuru, inzu y'icyinjiro, agace k'ubufasha ndetse n'icyumba cyo kurira nyicyo cyagenwe nk'urubuga rw'ishusho, amashusho n'ibishushanyo mvaruganda. Ibyumba byo kuraramo bisa kimwe kandi bibutsa hotel y'ikirenga. Imiryango y'amagorofa ifite imisogongo ya Gothique n'inkingi bihuzwa n'imigano ya Kisilamu kugira ngo ahantu heza hongewemo hagire umwihariko udasanzwe kandi hakire abantu neza.

Royalty Igenamiterere ry'Imbere mu Nzu Ituwemo ni uwegukanye Igihembo cya A' Design Award cy'icyuma, ishimwe ry'agaciro ritangwa ku bishushanyo byiza bihuza ibyo umwuga n'inganda bikeneye ku bihangano byashushanyijwe neza. Abegukanye icyuma bagaragaza ubuhanga bukomeye, ubumenyi bwihariye, imyumvire y'inzobere n'ubushobozi bwo guhanga bw'ababikoze. Royalty Igenamiterere ry'Imbere mu Nzu Ituwemo biteganyijwe ko izaba igihangano cyubahwa, gishimwa kandi gikundwa, gifatika kandi gifite udushya. Iki gishushanyo cyegukanye icyuma gihuza uburyo bwiza bukoreshwa mu nganda kandi gifite ibiranga bya tekiniki bifite ubushobozi, bifatanye n'ubumenyi n'impano. Royalty Igenamiterere ry'Imbere mu Nzu Ituwemo yubahwa kubera gukora neza, kandi yashushanyijwe kugira ngo inoze ubuzima, ifashe gutuma isi iba nziza.

Amazina y'abagize uruhare, abagize itsinda n'amakuru y'ubuhanga byatanzwe n'umuhanzi.

Ibintu Bidasanzwe: It consists of daily sitting room, main guest sitting room, luxury entrance, toilets area, and kind of exhibition dining room where is designed to be a gallery for art work such as photography, paintings, and sculpture. It also contains bedrooms that all are identical to give the house a 5 star luxury hotel.
Ibipimo n'Ipaki: The project total area around 700 sqm.
The height varies among spaces between 5.4 m to 6.5 m.

Ikoranabuhanga ryo Guteza Imbere: In the main sitting, the master piece which is the main photo is done by using 3d photo lenticular printing technique. It consists of King Salman photo with Crown prince MBS photo.
In the main entrance, the front calligraphy frame are hand-made done by Mea'ad Alabboud. They are the 99 names of Allah.
Ikibazo cy'Ishusho: Because of our culture this space will be used for male only and it was a little bit challenging for me as a female designer to come up with fantastic design that satisfied the client immediately.
Ubushakashatsi: the research start from the styles that has been used for royal palaces on the ancient era. Then gothic style has been selected as start point. After that combined it with the islamic style.
Ibyatumye Habaho: I combined the gothic style with the islamic style to come up with this unique design. The exterior arches and interior columns are inspired from the gothic era where the pattern are inspired from the islamic style. With little twist, all those elements worked perfectly to come up with an amazing luxuries design.
Igihe cy'Umushinga: Project is located on Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia.
The current status of the project is under construction.
All materials & furniture are already ordered from different factories & brands based on the specified design.
Uburyo bw'Imikorere: The project is an extension of an existing residential house. The client needs extra welcoming area for the guest. That's why we come up with this spaces and design.
