Design Challenge
The biggest challenge was optimizing comfort and functionality within a limited 66-sqm space while maintaining a modern hotel-style aesthetic. Balancing privacy, openness, and storage required innovative layout solutions. Structural limitations and building regulations also influenced design choices. Through careful spatial planning, multi-functional furniture, and sustainable materials, we overcame these challenges to create a relaxing, efficient living environment.

The motive was to transform a limited approx. 66-sqm area into a comfortable, modern home that serves as a retreat from daily stress. Research into space optimization and modern hotel-style design led to the use of neutral tones, sustainable materials, and functional layouts, ensuring both aesthetics and practicality.
Project Duration
